News Cycling Proficiency Walk to School

Walk on Wednesdays
On 3rd October we walked to school in green and brown to highlight this environmentally friendly way of travelling to school and to launch this year's Walk on Wednesday campaign. Remember to visit the Walk to School page. |

Cycling News Year 6 have started their cycling proficiency training. All children taking their cycling proficiency are required to wear a helmet. Year 6 children can order helmets through Mrs Dolan who organises the Cycling Proficiency training. They cost £5 each. For more information on cycling safety click here. |

Police Helicopter
Recently the police helicopter visited the school to take aerial photographs of all the children in the school lying down on the playground representing the number of children who are killed or injured on the roads in Avon and Somerset Constabulary area.

Cycling News Two new cycle sheds have been installed, both with covered areas. These should be used in preference to the area at the front of the school. |
